All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

3. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery across India takes approximately 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas or areas with limited logistics coverage may experience additional delays.

4. Custom Order Delivery

Custom or personalised orders require additional production time. Delivery for custom orders may take 5–10 business days depending on the complexity and customisation involved. You will be informed of the estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our current partners include leading courier services operating across India. The choice of courier depends on your delivery location and order size.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier’s website. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions.
  • National holidays or courier network disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances but will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping. Current offers and thresholds will be displayed on the checkout page.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.
