Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We understand that plans can change. Riyuki allows order cancellations under specific conditions. Please review the terms below to understand when and how you can cancel an order.

2. Standard Order Cancellations

You may cancel a standard order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Cancellation request must be made before the order is dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at riyuki.store@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 1 business day.

3. Custom Order Cancellations

Custom or personalised orders follow stricter cancellation rules due to the production process involved:

  • Custom orders can be cancelled before the admin team has approved and confirmed the order.
  • Once our team confirms and begins production on your custom order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your custom order moves into production. Please ensure all details are correct before approval.

4. Refund After Cancellation

For successfully cancelled orders where payment was already made, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Riyuki-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, Riyuki may cancel an order due to out-of-stock situations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email us at riyuki.store@gmail.com with the subject line: β€œCancel Order – [Your Order ID]”
  2. Include your full name and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with confirmation.
