At Riyuki, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable once confirmed and production has begun.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
- Products returned without prior approval from our support team.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at riyuki.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions including the shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order.
